Anything you can share with us in advance makes the process easier. You can send us back of the napkin sketches, spec sheets, floor plans, inspo images, mood boards, etc. Let us know what features are must-haves, and what are nice-to-haves. Share a budget if you have one in mind. We will calculate a ballpark price, and offer advice on how to make everything work in the most affordable and durable way.
If the initial estimate is more than you were prepared to spend, we are always willing to work with you to help simplify things without sacrificing quality or the design.
We HELP BRING YOUR IDEAS TO LIFE
After a 50% deposit is paid, we get to working on designing everything. We will send you 3d renderings of each piece, complete with colors and textures, so that you know exactly what we intend to build before we get started. This is the best opportunity to double check the dimensions, match up the control samples to your other finishes, and think about any little details that might have been missed.
QUALITY TAKES TIME, BUT THE RESULTS ARE WORTH THE WAIT
After everything is approved it goes into our shop queue for fabrication. High-quality custom furniture isn’t a quick process, but we promise to always be upfront and communicative about our lead times. We believe that a long lead time communicated up front is better than a false promise of a quick lead time.
Once your pieces are finished we will reach out to coordinate a date and time to deliver and install everything.

Sometimes things get damaged. Sometimes wood decides it doesn’t feel like being a table top. These things are unpredictable, but always manageable.
